WCT maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or misconduct toward program participants. Our Safeguarding Policy covers prevention, recognition, reporting, and response procedures across all programs, including CreativX Lab, TechRise, Dance Code Create, CreativX Sport, and all partner-hosted activities.
WCT requires all staff and facilitators who work directly with participants to maintain current certifications in safeguarding, mandated reporting, and inclusive practices. Training is completed prior to engaging with participants and renewed on the required schedule.
U.S. Center for SafeSport Trained (Core)
Abuse prevention, recognition, and response in sport environments. Required for all staff working with youth in sport-adjacent programming.
Georgia Mandated Reporter Certified
Mandated Reporters: Critical Links in Protecting Children in Georgia. Approved by Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. 2.0 CEU hours.
WCT was founded on the belief that technology is for everyone. Our DEI policy defines how we build programs and community where every person is valued and empowered regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, national origin, or socioeconomic status. DEI is not an add-on. It is the foundation.
WCT operates with transparent governance and sound financial management. Our governance framework includes Board of Directors oversight, conflict of interest and whistleblower policies, budgeting and financial reporting procedures, grant fund management controls, and regulatory compliance documentation.
WCT is committed to protecting the personal information of all participants, families, and community members. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you interact with our websites, mobile applications, events, programs, and related services.

We Create Tech, Inc. ("We Create Tech," "WCT," "we," "our," or "us"), including its programs such as TechRise, CreativX Lab, NextGen Tech Collective, CreativX Sport, Dance Code Create, and CreativeTech, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
Information You Provide: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, race & ethnicity, school name, major, graduation year, LinkedIn profile, and other details you submit during registration or program enrollment. Login credentials and third-party sign-in data (Google, Apple). Communications including survey responses, feedback, and support requests.
Automatically Collected: Device type, operating system, IP address, browser type, and usage data. We may use cookies, pixels, or similar tools to enhance your experience.
To create and manage your account or program enrollment, verify eligibility, provide and improve our services, personalize content, respond to your questions, send updates and program opportunities, and analyze usage patterns for performance and security.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers, through community features, with partner organizations in limited cases, when required by law, or in the event of business transfers.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for certain processing, or opt out of marketing emails. You can manage or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at hello@wecreatetech.org.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have, we will delete it promptly.

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at hello@wecreatetech.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your name, email, and any relevant account details.
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
Upon completion, we will confirm deletion via email. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations.
All policies are reviewed annually and updated as our organization grows. We welcome feedback from participants, families, staff, and partners on how we can better serve our community.
