Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

If you'd like TechRise to delete the personal information we hold about you, please follow the steps below. We aim to respond and complete requests promptly.

How to Submit Your Request

You can request deletion by emailing us at:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your TechRise account, or include proof of ownership if you’re using a different email.

What to Include in Your Request

Your full name
The email address linked to your TechRise account
Any usernames or account IDs used on TechRise
A statement requesting deletion of your personal data
(Optional) A reason for the request

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Hello TechRise team,

Please delete all personal data associated with my TechRise account.

Name: Jane Doe
Email: janedoe@example.com
Username / Account ID: janedoe123

Please confirm when deletion is complete.

Verification Process

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request. We will never ask for your password via email.

What to Expect

Acknowledgment of your request within 5 business days.
Deletion completed within 30 days after verification (unless an extension is needed).
We may retain limited data if legally required or for fraud prevention, but we will notify you if so.

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted, your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You may create a new account at any time.
